Repeat Prescriptions
If you are on medications which you require regularly they can be obtained on repeat prescription.
Please use your Repeat prescription request form when ordering your repeat medication. This form is provided by the practice and is attached to the right-hand side of your prescription.
Repeat prescription requests can be brought to the surgery directly, allowing 48 hours notice (not including weekends or Bank Holidays).
If you would like your prescription posted to you please leave a stamped addressed envelope with your prescription request.
We also accept repeat prescriptions requests by email on Enquiries.W95062@wales.nhs.uk
We do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
If you have any queries regarding repeat prescriptions you may telephone the prescription clerk between the following hours:
11am - 1pm
2pm - 3pm

Pharmacy ordering/collection scheme
The local chemists all offer a prescription collection and ordering service. If you are interested in joining a scheme with a specific chemist please ask the pharmacist at the chemist for further information
