PLEASE NOTE - THE PRACTICE CURRENTLY IS UNABLE TO ACCESS ANY MEDICATION REQUESTS MADE THROUGH THE NHS WALES APP AS WE MIGRATE TO A NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM - ACCESS TO THE NHS WALES APP WILL RESUME AS OF THE 18TH OF MAY 2026.
