Complaints, Suggestions & Compliments Procedure

Was there something that impressed you at the practice recently?

We welcome any compliments about members of staff or the practice as a whole so please let us know.

Any suggestions you may have to help improve the practice are warmly welcome.

All complaints are dealt with by the Practice Manger, Mrs Karen Jones. We ask that all complaints are in writing addressed to the Practice Manager.
